Gallup’s (2025) Global Leadership Report: What Followers Want shared four needs that followers require from their leaders.

The four needs of followers are hope, trust, compassion, and stability.

Honestly, this was an exciting read for me. I geek out on reseach anyway (!) but this report was particuarly interesting because there's a high degree of overlap between the four needs of followers and the attributes of conscious leaders.

For me, this shows the extent to which conscious leadership makes a difference to followers.
